    Functional medicine seeks to improve vitality and health by addressing the whole person.  Together, practitioner and client piece together the history, physiology, and unique genetic, environmental, psychological, spiritual and lifestyle conditions that brought the individual to their current status.  This discovery process leads to unique treatment that is tailored to address the needs of the individual.
To improve functionality we may investigate:

  • repair and maintenance of tissue

You will be an active partner in improving your current state as we design a treatment that may include the following:

Yoga Therapy
